gestantes que apresenta enjôo, vômitos ou azia: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Ao acordar, comer frutas desidratadas ou torradas e esperar alguns minutos antes de levantar.&lt;br /&gt;- Comer alimentos frios, secos, utilizar gengibre e ervas frescas ao preparar as refeições.&lt;br /&gt;- Se ocorrer náuseas e vômitos após comer algum alimento, espere alguns dias para tentar este alimentos novamente. &lt;br /&gt;- Procure comer alimentos sólidos secos, pobres em açúcares simples, porém ricos em carboidratos complexos (cereais integrais). Deve ser evitado qualquer tipo de açúcar. &lt;br /&gt;- Não tomar líquido rapidamente. Tomar em goles pequenos e evitá-los às refeições;&lt;br /&gt;- Evitar alimentos gordurosos e muito condimentados.&lt;br /&gt;- Chupar pedras de gelo de água de coco&lt;br /&gt;- Consumir alimentos folhosos verdes escuros ricos em magnésio, que ajudam na digestão.&lt;br /&gt;- Ralar gengibre na salada – 1 pontinha ou tomar água de gengibre.&lt;br /&gt;- Usar roupas leves.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br No trabalho de relaxamento em água, utilizamos a técnica “&lt;strong&gt;JDG*&lt;/strong&gt; de redução de estresse” onde a gestante deita com apoio de flutuadores para podermos massagear, tracionar e alongar principalmente a região da coluna vertebral. &lt;div style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Já na aula do Pós-parto, onde é realizado com a mãe e o bebê juntinhos, o programa visa trabalhar fisicamente a mãe auxiliando na perda de peso, no fortalecimento muscular necessário para esta nova fase.
